To make sure our kittens go to appropriate homes we ask that the following form be
filled out.  On the Kitten Preference line please tell us your choice of sex, color, and
pattern for your future kitten and if you have a preference of the queen.  On the
Home Life line please tell us how a kitten will fit into your home.  Also tell us if you
are making a deposit or want to be on our waiting list.
